Ordering

All items on this site may be ordered online through our secure shopping cart. For your convenience we accept Mastercard and Visa.

Shipping

All orders will be sent through the United Postal Services and insured. Each piece of jewelry will be shipped in a gift box. Allow up to 2 weeks from ordering to delivery date.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change due to the gold market fluctuation. If a price increase affects what you have ordered I will notify you before we process your order.

Returns

Returns must be shipped to us within 2 weeks of purchase, in original package, un-worn & un-damaged, returned in the same condition sent, with it’s invoice. I will gladly exchange the piece or give you credit.

Privacy

Your account information is encrypted before it is sent toour computer. Any other sensitive information such as a customers credit card member collected for a commercial transaction is also encrypted prior to being sent to our computer system. I do not share information with any third party.

Damaged goods or lost goods will not be accepted for credit or exchange. All returns should be packaged in original box and insured.
